Design fun-facts:
-This design is based on the chineese version of the Fu lion/dog called Shishi, But there does exists a Japaneese version called Komainu which looks more dog/cow-like.
-Only the chineese Fu lions have collars, Komainu’s don’t.
-Fu lions are supposed to have 45 knots in theyre hair, but because the hood is not big enough for all, so I made some of the knots in the pattern on its body.
-The tail contains 8 fortune cookies, because 8 Is considered the luckiest number in chineese culture.
