part 4 of the thing! this also exceeded 600 words

"Alright come on then! We can't just sit and dawdle!" Cupid chirped as they trotted along, Lonely was right behind them who was carrying their gift box on their backside as they had tied it to themselves for easy travel. "Didn't you say that at the last stop?" Lonely spoke up a bit smiling at the other's antics, despite having felt so nervous at the cafe he was feeling better as they ventured together. Cupid laughed aloud and replied "You're right I totally did! haha!! Oh well anyway, I think were coming up on the next stop now!" They hopped onwards and soon approached a large museum, Lonely paused a bit raising a brow at the sudden difference in attractions between the places but shook it off and quietly climbed up after Cupid looking around to themselves as they examined the statues around the musuem. They seemed to be of many various chowlings who were all encased in the statues as they stood proudly each showing a subspecies between the chowlings. fighter, dragon... He walked quietly after Cupid who was speaking up "Valentines day itself has been a long time tradition, it's gone on for years and years but not many chowlings know the reason why it exists..." The other spoke looking to Lonely calmly their wings folding up on their sifdes. Lonely paused at their words and nodded "I don't know the reason myself if im honest..." They mumbled and Cupid soon stopped in front of a set of statues of 2 chowlings playing together with each having a set of wings "Well, it's a pretty grim tale.. centuries ago there existed a emperor and on the day of valentines day, two chows both named Valentine were executed on the same day. however because of their deeds in bringing joy to so many, a uproar occurred between the people and they decided to make the day of execution a memorial to the two in which the day would be joyous where people could show love to each other.." Cupid closed their eyes before reopening them "It's meant to show how everyone has somebody no matter the small effects their life caused. You can still be remembered by those who cared for you." They smiled at the other before speaking up "You get it?" Lonely blinked a bit then nodded smiling back "Um, Yeah I think so... They looked up at the statues that stood in front the two of them before nodding and looking back to the other "You okay?" Lonely questioned furrowing their brows as Cupid seemed distractedly staring at the two. When Lonely spoke up, Cupid snapped out of it before smiling and speaking up "Hm? Oh yeah!" They beamed at the other "Hey don't look at me like that! I know its a pretty grim tale but it's not the worst out there!" They shook their head before moving and scurrying on towards the entrance of the museum once again "Anyway, Come on we can't dawdle for too long! I had one last stop for us!" They flapped their wings taking off out the museum and jumping into the side walk as Lonely watched after them. Lonely pulled away from the statues heading elsewhere. Time once again passed as Cupid stood outside the front of the building quietly their eyes closed as they were thinking thoughtfully though they paused as rain began settling over the area. Watching rain drop they looked on seldomnly before looking to see Lonely holding a umbrella over the other the chow smiling "Hey, You seem lonely." The chow joked quietly while Cupid smiled back in amusement "You could say that yeah.."
