 She is fond of making new friends and trying new activities. Though there are times she is accidentally mistaken for royalty, Kiyo sometimes changes her form to blend in with non-dragon chowlings

Kiyo loves flying kites and has many memories of her childhood involving them! Sometimes she should attach herself to a thick rope and be the kite. Umi is Kiyo's father, while Kiyo has a hasty behavior, Umi's calmer nature tends to keep her out of trouble. Kiyo has stuck with Umi and continues to stick with him, even as a young adult, Kiyo continues to help around the small tea shop. In her more earlier years she enjoyed attending festivals and social gatherings with her father.
