This spice is used in various dishes, drinks and in scents. Cobra cloves have a warm intense spice flavour and aroma, something similiar to cinnamon and nutmeg, while similiar to regular cloves, immature cobra clove buds are actually toxic and cannot be consumed, cobra cloves are also less bitter and has a larger hint of sweetness to it. Cobra cloves are harvested in summer and are laid out to mature until October where they are sold at spice stores, cobra cloves are only available in october as well.
