Giving your Chowling the Crackling Palms trait will give your Chowling an electrical discharge that commonly emits from the paws pads, but may also make their fur crackle with electricity.
HOW TO APPLY THIS TRAIT
- The electrical dischange may be any colour, but must be visibly zig-zaggy like an electrical bolt would be.
- The strength of the electrical discharge could be anywhere from small zaps to powerful shocks!
- The trait must be visible in the Chowling's masterlist art to be applied. This can be done by drawing small electrical bolts from the Chowling's paws or from their coat!
