While all Chowlings have hidden gills on their necks, Sirens have an exclusive trait where their gills are exposed and can be used to breathe underwater for long periods of time.

- Sirens have two gill slits on each side.
- The gills must be drawn visible and cannot be hidden.
- Lore related Siren gills allow Sirens to be underwater up to 12 hours at a time.
- Lore related Sirens gills work best if kept a little moist but can work just fine when completely dry too.
