This coat separates from the body in slow suspended animation, giving the character a ghostly appearance. Although this coat can sometimes look see-through, it is only the ends of the coat that branch off this way. The rest of the coat can be touched and has the texture of ordinary fur.

- Wisp Coats do not need to cover every bit of the body.
- The amount the fur is see through can vary quite a bit, ranging from somewhat transparent to fully!
- Lore related Wisp Coat feels somewhat like fog near the ends of the fur tips.
- Lore related Wisp Coat, when very long, can look like mist.
